Winter Storm Harper Update
We’ve proactively cancelled approximately 770 flights through Monday, January 21, 2019 in preparation for Winter Storm Harper.
We are working to assist affected customers with rescheduling or refunds. For existing customers with scheduled flights through cities in the projected path of the storm, JetBlue continues to waive change fees and differences in airfare for rebooking. Details on these waivers and a full list of eligible cities can be found on our website.
If your flight has been disrupted, you can change/refund your reservation on the Manage Flights page on www.jetblue.com. You can also view your reservation and check for updates via the JetBlue mobile app. To add your trip to the app and ensure you are receiving notifications:
. Click “My trips”
. Click the + sign in the top right corner of the “My trips” page
. Enter your confirmation code and last name
. Click submit
If your flight details have changed, you will be sent a new itinerary via email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam mailbox.
