Winter Storm Grayson Update – January 7, 6:00 p.m.
We have resumed operations in the Northeast after cancellations due to this week’s snowstorm and are working to get impacted customers to their final destinations. Current airport conditions and extreme temperatures continue to challenge operations at JFK. The safety of our crewmembers and customers is our first priority.
Due to a flooding incident at our neighboring JFK Terminal 4, airport roadways may experience heavier than normal traffic. International arrivals at Terminal 5 may also be impacted as we assist with any overflow of travelers. Please allow for additional time in getting to Terminal 5, or if waiting for international arrivals.
Customers may experience delays and should check the status of their flight at jetblue.com or on our mobile app.
JetBlue continues to waive change fees and differences in airfare for rebooking from select cities. Details on these waivers and a full list of impacted cities can be found on our website.
If your flight has been disrupted, you can change/refund your reservation on the “Manage flights” page on www.jetblue.com. You can also view your reservation and check for updates via the JetBlue mobile app. To add your trip to the app and ensure you are receiving notifications:
