Teens from the Jimmy Fund Clinic attend Red Sox Spring Training

On Friday, we flew more than 40 teens from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund Clinic to Fort Myers, home of JetBlue Park. Not only did the teens have the chance to attend a Red Sox spring training game, had a meet and greet with Red Sox players and participated in their own batting practice.

For 10 years, Jimmy Fund Clinic teens have made the weekend trip to the Red Sox Spring training. Attendees ranged from  13 to 21, and traveled alongside twenty-one doctors and nurses from Dana-Farber Cancer institute and Boston Children’s Hospital Cancer and Blood center. Everyone had a great time!
