We know that planning a vacation can be stressful for hard-working parents on top of all of their other responsibilities. So for some lucky families, we created Little Tickets, giving the youngest members of these families the chance to plan an exciting and fun vacation that didn’t break their piggy bank. Little Tickets was our way of recognizing parents’ hard work year round and wanting to reward it.
Earlier this summer, JetBlue welcomed over 40 high school students from across the U.S. to New York’s JFK Airport to learn what it takes to pursue a career in the aviationindustry. The event was part of the New York Student Aviation Expedition, an experiential learning trip organized by the Aviation Community Foundation to inspire students to launch their career paths.
JetBlue’s Technical Operations and Corporate Social Responsibility teams partnered to build 275 bikes that were donated to children in the foster care system, as part of the second annual JetBlue For Good Bike Build.
Congratulations to Fort Lauderdale, winner of our recent Green City Vote! South Florida customers, crewmembers and community members outvoted those in San Francisco, San Juan and Washington, DC for a new green space which will be built in 2018 with a grant from JetBlue.
