We aim to show our customers a good time when they fly and delivering a great atmosphere is a key factor in accomplishing that goal. Roomy seats? Check. Unlimited blue chips and other tasty snacks? Check. An impressive supply of DirecTV and Sirius XM channels? Yes, please. These are just a few of the reasons why we we’re thrilled to announce that we were selected for the Best Cabin Ambiance in the 2011 Passenger Choice Awards!
It’s more than just the goods we offer that contribute to our award-winning ambiance – it’s our crewmembers who consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
The awards are created by The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) and give a nod to the airlines with the best innovation, products and services. APEX collaborated with the Nielsen Company, a leader in consumer information and measurement, to acquire the votes from the traveling public and analyze the data.
Why Inflight Crewmembers think our cabin ambiance rocks:
“Without a doubt, happy people make JetBlue’s cabin ambiance award-winning. Sharply dressed flight attendants and engaging, supportive pilots create an atmosphere that breeds happy customers. Throw in leather seats, a free inflight entertainment system with tons of variety; plus unlimited snacks that go beyond a bag of nuts; a whole can of soda and the most legroom in coach – we just have it all.”

“JetBlue offers a great blend of technology, comfort and hospitality. As inflight crewmembers, we pride ourselves in our delivery of these elements to our customers. Ambiance is created from the moment your board a JetBlue flight. Our enthusiastic greeting (“Welcome Aboard!”), proactive and helpful assistance in the aisle, tone of the inflight announcements, and generous offerings are all centered around the customer and focus on delivering the best possible JetBlue Experience. I’m proud to be part of such a special and now ‘APEX award winning’ inflight team here at JetBlue.”
