A fun compliment
One very kind (and tired) Customer published a video testimonial to YouTube, thanking us for our excellence in Customer Service and for our offerings at JFK’s T5. When she arrived extremely early for her flight, which was subsequently delayed, she found there was plenty to do in our terminal to entertain her.
