Our Jacksonville Supervisor Cynthia recently won the Recognition of Service Excellence (ROSE) Award for Airline Agent. The ROSE award honors those who deliver excellent customer service in the industry. Cynthia’s crewmembers say that she is a great supervisor and cares for her customers. Cynthia recently attended the ROSE Awards Ceremony to collect her well-deserved trophy.
