A Customer Gets A Friendly Note Onboard

When our inflight crewmember tapped customer Jen on the shoulder and handed her a piece of paper neatly folded in two, she had no idea what it was about. She was a nervous flyer and asked our inflight crew some questions about turbulence.

Turns out our inflight crew asked the pilots in the flight deck if we were expecting any weather en route to help educate and calm Jen. Our Captain, in friendly circles known as Moose, wrote the below note to Jen, which our inflight crewmember passed along.
