Please have someone email me with the status of Sunday flights from lga to west palm. I currently am booked WITH MY DOGS and potentially need to rebook or make alternate arrangements to get home because of the dogs. I have been trying to call since you can not book a pet on the website, but the phones just cut you off telling you to call back (not a good system to handle phone calls mr CEO of JetBlue )

Today I was on flight 1111 from JFK to RDU…. First off I was very late getting there but once I got on the staff was very nice and accommodating… A stewardess by the name of Kim was very sweet as well as attentive to my needs as well as others. She literally brightened what started off as a hectic day and rough trip and turned it into a calming and easy going flight. I think she saw the frustration on my face and went above and beyond to rectify my rough day. Overall for my first time riding jet blue I was thoroughly impressed and that mainly was due to Kim. Thanks so much!!!!!!
