Each year, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey publishes an annual customer satisfaction survey for JFK, LGA, and EWR. T5 topped the list again, standing out with a “world-class and all-time high in satisfaction among the major commercial airports.” For overall departure experience, JFK leads in “highly satisfied” travelers, and other categories including check-in satisfaction, food and beverage concessions, and retail experience.
We are thrilled that T5 continues to deliver the best possible experience to our customers, and appreciate all the JFK Team does to ensure such standout service.
