The Williams College Gospel Choir recently traveled with us from New York to San Francisco as part of their ongoing tour. They put their musical talents to good (and amusing) use when the boarding process started, collectively singing the boarding instructions in the gate area in perfect harmony.

Traffic in March increased 12.5 percent from March 2011, on a capacity increase of 9.0 percent. Load factor for March 2012 was 86.3 percent, an increase of 2.7 points from March 2011.
