Showing Off The Mardi Gras Spirit!

Our crewmembers recently stepped int0 the Mardi Gras spirit by donning some festive beads and handing them out to customers.

    I wanted to share my experience with my last flight on Jet Blue from Utah to JFK (my return flight) as others may learn what I have learned.

    After hearing great things about Jet Blue I finally decided to try flying on your airline. I usually fly AA or Continental but they did not have the flight I was looking for.

    First off the entertainment system was not working, not too big of a deal because of the fact the flight was 11:30pm. However when a young man in the front row asked the flight attendant about why they are not working she snapped back saying they just don’t work.

    It gets better…Through out the flight all three flight attendants had their back to the cabin…the service could not have been worse.

    Instead of having someone offer me some water I had to get up and ask…and they made it feel like they were doing me a favor.

    After we landed our bags took 1 hour to get off the plane…when I went to the baggage desk for Jet Blue they to ask what was going on they said just be patient…

    It seems that customer service is something Jet Blue forgot about service…

    Thanks for the $15 for the credit on the TV’s but I don’t think I will get a chance to use it, as I don’t think I will fly your airline again.

    By the way it took a lot of self-control not to post it to my 50,000 followers..as I could not have been more displeased about your airline!
