Fee Waiver for the Northeast

Due to inclement weather impacting the Northeast, we’re waiving change/cancel fees and fare differences for those traveling Saturday, January 21st, 2012, to/from the following cities:

  • Boston, MA (BOS)
  • Hartford, CT (BDL)
  • Newark, NJ (EWR)
  • Newburgh, NY (SWF)
  • New York, NY (JFK)
  • New York, NY (LGA)
  • Pittsburgh, PA (PIT)
  • Westchester County, NY (HPN)

If you’re traveling to/from the airports listed above, be sure to check the status of your flight online prior to leaving for the airport. Those with web-enabled cell phones and PDAs may check the status of their flight at mobile.jetblue.com.

Flights can be rebooked for travel through Monday, January 23, 2012 by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) prior to the departure time of their originally scheduled flight.  Cancelled flights may also opt for a refund to the original form of payment by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583).  Original travel must have been booked on or before Friday, January 20, 2012.
