Our Cabin Ambiance is a Winner!

We aim to show our customers a good time when they fly and delivering a great atmosphere is a key factor in accomplishing that goal. Roomy seats? Check. Unlimited blue chips and other tasty snacks? Check. An impressive supply of DirecTV and Sirius XM channels? Yes, please. These are just a few of the reasons why we we’re thrilled to announce that we were selected for the Best Cabin Ambiance in the 2011 Passenger Choice Awards!

It’s more than just the goods we offer that contribute to our award-winning ambiance – it’s our crewmembers who consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

The awards are created by The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) and give a nod to the airlines with the best innovation, products and services. APEX collaborated with the Nielsen Company, a leader in consumer information and measurement, to acquire the votes from the traveling public and analyze the data.

    Absolutely correct. As a customer who has flown to NY, and Boston, I love Jet Blue. Love the seats, and television. Now, could you see about direct flights from Fort Lauderdale to Chicago?
