JetBlue Receives Forrester 2011 Voice of the Customer Award

We’re pleased to have been awarded the prestigious 2011 Voice of the Customer Award by Forrester Research.

The Forrester Voice of the Customer Award recognizes organizations that excel in collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback. Allegiance helps companies analyze and apply Voice of Customer (VOC) data to make decisions that improve their business.
