JetBlue Sends Teens to All Star Baseball and Softball Tournament

As the official airline of the Boston Red Sox, we sent 45 Boston teens from the Foundation’s Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) Program to New York to compete in Major League Baseball’s RBI Program’s Northeast Regional All Star Baseball and Softball Tournament earlier this week.

The Red Sox Foundation’s RBI program serves children and teens playing on inner city teams and seeks to use their love of baseball to promote healthy choices and valuable life skills including nonviolent conflict resolution, resistance to drugs and alcohol, and educational achievement.

As the largest carrier out of both New York and Boston, it’s hard to say whether we root for the Yankees or the Red Sox, but we certainly are rooting for our nation’s youth!
