So she says she is not into mass consumption but she is more than happy to sell millions of records and more than eager to do shows in conjuction with the indie brands like H and M and Jetblue.??

Why do you have concerts in the terminal instead of putting that money towards airline tickets or checked luggage or snacks ON the airplane? This isn’t really enhancing the flying experience at all.

    Hi Sam,

We care about creating an excellent customer experience on the ground and in the air! Our new planes, free snacks and 36 channels of DirecTV onboard our flights mean a comfortable ride and our concerts and other amenities on the ground only enhance that.
