As told by a Customer Support Crewmember:
I had a Customer call to have some flights refunded. After being advised the flights he had booked were nonrefundable, he stated he hadn’t meant to book them. He apparently had entered in dummy information to see how much the trip would cost. The dummy information was for a oneway trip for four Customers and an infant. All Customers’ names were from the “home row” on the computer keyboard.
1. FSFSFDF/ADF AFFFFSD MR
2. SDFSF/MSDS ASFSFSF MS
3. SDFSDGSG/SDSDSDSD child
4. ASASDGSDG/SDSDSD child
5. RTHRTRTRTRT/SRFGTRRT inf
In the end, we did refund him. I was advised it would be unwise to put the money into the travel bank seeing as how the travelers were fictitious.
