we called over 100 times in the 3 days after the storm and could not get through to re-book a cancelled flight. That is a serious failure in your customer service. Jet Blue needs to allow re-booking online.

Just a general weather question. How much snow has to fall before a flight is cancelled?

Thanks for your questions Eileen! There is no set rule on how much snowfall constitutes cancelled flights. It depends on any number of factors including ice and wind, crew positioning, and the airport cleanup response time.
