We know the blizzard in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic has put a big wedge in peak holiday travel and we appreciate your patience in working with us to get through it.
No email notification, flight canceled flight 181 JFK to SAN answer the phone are we receiving refunds are you re-booking flights? how can a storm that was Sun and ended Monday be effecting a flight on Wednesday? Is this a domino effect there online there is saying there are no flights your customer commitment team says to call and reschedule? inform your customers.

I have been disconnected 5 times trying to rebook a flight that was canceled and
I was never notified. Communication is key during these trying times, i understand weather can not be controlled but when you have my contact information telephone number and email address. I am extremely disheartened that it the middle of booking and talking to a customer service agent they are unable to contact me back. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.
