As told by a Customer Support Crewmember:
I received a call from an older lady from FLL wanting to book a flight. I was going through the steps but was constantly being interrupted by her asking for a seat on the right side of the plane. She wanted to make sure she got a window seat. She repeated the need for a window seat three or four times, and I reassured her I would accommodate her as soon as soon as we got to that screen in the booking process. She finally said, “I’ve got me an artificial leg and it itches and I need to take it off during the flight and lean it up against the window!”
