JetBlue ranked one of the 25 best companies in the U.S. when it comes to gay issues

We’re excited to be rated one of the 25 best companies in the U.S. by The Advocate, the largest circulated LGBT publication in America. The Advocate writes, “With all the talk of boycotting those companies that don’t stand strongly behind gay rights, here is a list of 25 of the best companies in the U.S. when it comes to gay issues.” The companies selected include airlines, hotels, banks, car companies, computer manufacturers, beverage companies, and Google.

The magazine writes: “JetBlue scored its first 100% rating on the HRC’s Corporate Equality Index in 2010 on the strength of supporting some lesser-known gay charities, including Boston’s Gay Men’s Domestic Violence Project and the Ali Forney Center for homeless LGBT youth in New York City. This year JetBlue also ran a special Pride flight from San Francisco to Long Beach, Calif. “
