Airline food so good it’s worthy of a book?

Singapore Airlines touts its cuisine so edible that it documented its offerings in a book. The new book, Above & Beyond, features images of its dishes served up high and of the chefs that have worked to create the food. With its business-class only seats priced at close to $8,000 for a roundtrip flight fro Newark to Singapore, the food had darn-well better be good!
