We’re proud to announce our next new airline partner, EL AL, the foremost airline serving Tel Aviv. We’ll be providing new and convenient connection options for both EL AL and JetBlue customers wishing to travel between the U.S. and Israel. Effective September, Customers traveling on the two carriers will enjoy the convenience of purchasing and traveling on a single e-ticket. In addition, on the day of travel, customers will benefit from simplified one-stop, through check-in and easy connections at JFK Airport. Customers will receive boarding cards for both carriers’ flights upon check-in with either JetBlue or EL AL and their baggage will be checked to their final destination.

Sun-baked Tel Aviv is located on the Mediterranean Sea (some 5,700 miles from JFK!) and is home to 3 million residents. The city’s popularity has continued to grow in recent years as more travelers discover the appeals of its beaches, shopping and dining, historic sites, and its cosmopolitan atmosphere. Just last week Travel + Leisure called Tel Aviv and neighboring Jerusalem the two best cities to visit in the Middle East.

What are you waiting for? Jet Blue (via EL AL) to the Red Sea!

Bravo, Jet Blue! As a frequent flier you are already my favorite airline, and now you guys earn another kudo from me. Will be letting all of my friends know about the new service and business alliance. We’re lucky to be so close to Logan so we can take Jet Blue whenever possible! Mazel Tov on your 10 Years, as well! ;-)
