Woman suing after being locked on plane

A woman is suing United after she fell asleep on a flight from Dulles to Philly and got left on the plane. The cabin crew must have somehow missed her and she sat on the tarmac for four hours until a cleaning crew discovered her. Concerned that she might be a security risk, they locked the plane until law enforcement arrived. She is suing for false imprisonment, infliction of emotional distress and negligence.

Unclear how the woman fell into such a deep sleep on such a short flight.
