JetPride took to the skies in pride! JetBlue Flight #1969 (in honor of the year when the Stonewall Riots sparked the legitimacy of gay rights movement) departed San Francisco at noon on Friday, landing in Long Beach, California a little after two. Celebratory Customers and assorted others jetted in style- and with pride- to participate in Long Beach LGBT pride, of which JetBlue was the official sponsor.
Those onboard were greeted at ticketing by famed performer, Pam Ann, for a saucy welcome to the first-ever U.S. gay pride flight! Customers were met at the gate with champagne and pink cupcakes and a most unique boarding process with Pam Ann at the helm! Inflight entertainment included lots of giveaways, pink cocktails, and nonstop comedy from Pam Ann and inflight Crewmembers.
