AOL Travel has produced a “mystery flyer,” an undercover customer who will take to the skies on the 10 largest U.S. airlines in the coming weeks- including JetBlue- in search of the nicest airline.
The logic behind the search? “The one thing that can turn a long, meal-less coach flight from an ordeal to a joyride is…friendliness: helpful airline personnel and flight attendants with a positive attitude.”
It’s like they took the words right out of our mouth! We’ll wait on bended knee for the friendliest airline to emerge (and we’ve no doubt we’ll give the others a run for the money).
