Airline food gets better?

In an interesting piece in Time Magazine, writer Diedre Van Dyk highlights the return of quality to airline food (only this time it’s not free).

“Free brand-name snacks are a beloved feature on JetBlue,” the article mentions and then goes on to show an image of a Debbie snack cake that AirTran passengers can enjoy- if they upgrade to Business Class, that is.

A reminder to all that we offer FREE, unlimited, brand-name snacks on our flights. One bag of chips not enough? No problem! We’ll happily give you another one if you ask. Read more about our offerings here.

how about us getting protein bars or some kind of bar that could be filling and healthy? I’d love to see some healthy choices for us and our customers, especially on long haul flights.
