Volcanic ash grounds 40+ flights in Puerto Rico

sanjuan22Volcanic ash from Soufriere Hills volcano in Montserrat led to decreased visibility in nearby San Juan, Puerto Rico, yesterday afternoon, which caused delays on 40+ flights across multiple airlines. JetBlue notified all Customers for whom we have contact information and all flights are regularly scheduled for today. We’ve also added additional flights to accommodate those Customers unable to fly yesterday.

The unfortunate act of nature is just one of the  inconveniences we face when we jet to beautiful places!
