Explosive device or explosive indigestion?

Perhaps not entirely over-the-top was the FBI’s questioning of a Nigerian man that spent “an unusually long time” in the bathroom on board a flight with the same route- and the same flight number- that matched the near-disaster only two days prior.  Upon investigation by the FBI, the man was deemed to have a, “legitimate illness,” the Department of Homeland Security said.

The potential security risk was reportedly “verbally disruptive,” Delta Spokesperson, Sue Elliott, said, which prompted Crewmembers to alert the authorities and the FBI arrived on-scene when the plan landed in Detroit.

Now, how could one be expected to be a beacon of friendliness and cordiality when interrupted while in the bathroom with a bad stomach? Sympathies extended to the mistaken suspect.

Oh my… do we now need to inform the Inflight crewmember that we will be doing a “number two” and not to be alarmed if we are in there awhile…
