Though perhaps we weren’t the first airline to cancel flights in advance of the wintery blast that hit the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions this weekend, we were among the few airlines that tried to plan ahead. With only a handful of flights that were not pre-canceled, and lots of communication with our customers- even via Twitter- we were able to stay on top of the changes caused by the unavoidable weather. In addition, we waived change fees and fare differences for all Customers traveling in and out of the the affected BlueCities December 18-20. We hope all are warm!
