Saint Lucia launch just days away!

Hernan L. Gonzalez, OSC-based Instructor College of Airports, sent us these photos last week of some of JetBlue’s newest Crewmembers working hard to prepare for Saint Lucia’s opening on Monday, Oct. 26.

Saint Lucia’s first flight, which is sold out, is scheduled to arrive from JFK at 12:32 p.m. JetBlue’s first flight out of the island nation’s Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) will leave at 2:05 p.m.

Welcome to the Crewmembers of JetBlue’s 59th BlueCity!

Hi everyone from the UVF Crewmembers(that’s me in far right red shirt and khaki pants (1st picture) at the training for the St. Lucia JetBlue flights. We had an excellent time time with our instructor, Hernan Gonzalez. He made learning fun and exciting.

We had plenty of food there too, all thanks to JetBlue. Overall, JetBlue has been a great experience with the Diane heading the team at UVF and support from JetBlue crewmembers like, Luis, Virgil, Marie, Hernan, etc.

If the opportunity presents itself I would definitely like to become a JetBlue crewmember to support Diane with the St.Lucia operations and become part of this great company.

Looking forward to daily flights in/out of St.Lucia for many, many years to come.

    Bye for now,
    Vincent

    Hi Vincent,

Thanks for commenting! That’s great to hear you had such a positive experience during training, and it’s exciting that UVF flights are underway. I’m sure it’s going to be a popular BlueCity for our Customers. I can’t wait to visit and see Saint Lucia for myself!

    Best,
    Alex
