Candid Jettitude: Maribel being engaging

On Aug. 19, Corporate Communications CollegeCrew Crewmember Kimberly Rai went to T5 to catch Crewmembers’ displays of Jettitude. One of the five Be’s — Be engaging — involves actively listening to Customers.

Here, Supervisor Station Operations Maribel Rivera is helping a Customer find his gate. We may have award-winning signage, but nothing replaces listening to a Customer and helping them out.
