@JetBlue passes million mark on Twitter

We reached a major social networking milestone today, getting our millionth follower early this morning. Flightglobal marked the occasion with an article this morning.

Are you a Crewmember on Twitter? Be sure to follow @JetBlue (and @JetBlueCheeps, our account for special fares) and say hi!

Kudos to Morgan, Gigi, Lindsey and Laurie and all the Crewmembers in New York and Salt Lake City who contribute to the personality of @JetBlue. You are fab!

I had the pleasure of driving a car when it clicked over to 100,000 miles on the odometer. This is like that, only more exciting!
    Congratulations Morgan Johnston! (@mhjohnston)

Congratulations Morgan – when it comes to the application of social media, we are definitely “in front of the front runners”! Such a cool milestone!

I’d be lost without the support of Gigi, Lindsey and Laurie in Salt Lake, an address book full of resources internally, and everyone else making our jobs SLIGHTLY easier by keeping customers happy in the first place.

But due to a decline in prices with the introduction of low fares airlines, domestic air travel is becoming more attractive.
