I am spending time with the operational department heads today and beginning to lay out our 3 year operational strategies. From what we’ve discussed so far, I think our Crewmembers have a lot to be excited about!

I’m in AUS, getting ready to announce our new sponsorship of U of TX Athletics. I know their fans are going to love the JetBlue Experience that Sean and his team deliver at AUS. Capt Joseph and his crew will be kicking off the ceremony when they land from Boston in a few hours.

If last Friday was our busiest travel day of the year, yesterday (8/12) was one of our most challenging. T-storms topped 70,000 ft. all along the east coast that gridlocked NY. Our Crew (and our ATC partners) hung in till the wee hours and dealt with the evening’s many changes and updates. Great job, everyone.
