Hurricane Florence Update
In preparation for Hurricane Florence, we have cancelled approximately 90 flights in and out of our South Carolina and North Carolina cities through Saturday, September 15, 2018, and our customer support team is working to assist affected customers with rescheduling of flights or refunds.
For existing customers with scheduled flights through cities in the projected path of the storm, JetBlue continues to waive change fees and differences in airfare for rebooking. Details on these waivers and a full list of eligible cities can be found on www.jetblue.com. We have also capped fares at $149 on any remaining seats for new bookings to/from Savannah (SAV), Charleston (CHS), Charlotte (CLT), Raleigh/Durham (RDU), and Richmond (RIC) through Sunday, September 16, 2018.
If your flight has been disrupted, you can change/refund your reservation on the Manage Flights page on www.jetblue.com. You can also view your reservation and check for updates via the JetBlue mobile app. To add your trip to the app and ensure you are receiving notifications:
. Click “My trips”
. Click the + sign in the top right corner of the “My trips” page

If your flight details have changed, you will be sent a new itinerary via email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam mailbox.
