Why did you get into your field? I love airplanes, and the best way to learn about them is fixing them.
What do you love most about your job? The challenge of building relationships with my team. It gives me great satisfaction to help my team grow and realize their full potential. Getting to know their likes as well as their dislikes, sharing the knowledge I have, and seeing that it’s being utilized. Oh and of course, airplanes!
What advice do you have for women aiming for leadership positions? Listen, learn and just do it! Leave the intimidation out the door and invite confidence in. Aspire to be the best you can and know your job so well that your actions speak for themselves.
